Final Paper Submission
- Submission of final papers must be completed via the Papercept website at PaperCept Conference Management System by/before 01 October 2017. Note that any paper for which the final version is not uploaded by 01 October 2017 will be considered as withdrawn.
- The transfer of Copyright Agreement form should also be submitted during the final paper submission process. When you come to submit your final papers, you will also see the link to an on-line version of the IEEE Copyright Agreement.
- The final paper submission process also requires that you update the Abstract and make any final changes to the author list and title of the paper before uploading the paper. This information will be used as-is for the Final Program, so please be certain to check your entries carefully. Any authors not updated on the submission site will not be included in the final program of the conference.
- Submissions consisting of up to six pages are accepted. This page limit is hard limit. Longer submissions will not be accepted. There is no provision for page excess fee payment.
- A number of papers will be presented as interactive (poster) presentations and only a set of papers selected by the Program Committee will be presented as oral presentations. To confirm the type of your presentation, please check the conference website later in September when the Technical Program is finalised.
- Electronic submission for final papers and abstracts is scheduled to open on 22 September 2017.
- Detailed instructions regarding registration process are available at Conference > Registration.
- While uploading the Copyright Form we suggest that you use Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, to prevent copyright upload issues to IEEE.
