At the very bottom of this page you will find the button: REGISTER NOW. However, before you commence your registration please note the following:

- Please have your credit card with you, ready to use. Only Master and Visa credit/debit cards are accepted.

Full Registration:
- Upload of accepted conference papers to PaperPlaza (1 paper only). The reduced registration fee will apply for an additional (the 2nd) paper from the same first author and the same group of co-authors. The 3rd paper upload would require the full registration fee be paid
- Link to the downloadable Conference Proceedings including pdf files of all conference papers
- Link to viewing pre-recorded video presentations, if submitted by international participants unable to come to Australia. This access will be made available from 15 January 2024 up until 15 February 2024
- On-Site attendance at all conference sessions

Note: Student registration does not provide an opportunity to upload the accepted paper(s). To do that, the Full Registration must be selected instead.
- Special Registration Arrangement prepared for International Participants unable to come to Australia
- A special arrangement has been made to let international participants unable to come to Australia to upload a pre-recorded video presentation of their paper. The upload of their video presentation must be completed by 31 December 2023. However, the accepted paper must be uploaded to PaperPlaza buy the previously set date i.e. by the 3rd of December 2023

All registration fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10%GST. These registration fees are for on-site attendance only. On-line attendance is not available. Live streaming and/or video streaming of conference sessions will not be available.

Conference Registration Procedure
- Registration will commence on 27 November 2023. To register, please have ready:
- Your Visa/Master Credit or Debit card details; Please note that only these cards are accepted by the registration server; and
- PaperPlaza ID of your accepted paper(s) you wish to upload after the registration fee(s) is/are paid for.
- Before you proceed with payment of the registration fees, you are strongly encouraged to read the Registration Policy Notes below.
- Please pay your registration fee first. Then, please allow for a minimum of 24 hours to pass after you have paid your registration fee(s) before uploading your paper(s) to the ANZCC 2024 paper handling server at Papercept Conference Management System, https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl
- Please note that the final paper upload submission deadline is 03 December 2023. Thus, please consider registering for the conference as early as from 27 November 2023. Thank you for your co-operation.
- Registration fee payment can be made by clicking on a one the REGISTER NOW buttons below.
Registration Policy Notes
- A Paper Upload: The Symposium Full Registration fee must be paid first to enable the upload of your accepted paper. One Full Registration allows the upload of one paper. To upload additional paper(s) you will have to pay an additional upload fee (as per details in tables above)
- Page Limit: Submissions consisting of up to six pages are accepted. This page limit is hard limit. Longer submissions will not be accepted. There is no provision for page excess fee payment.
- No Day Registration is available
- Registration & Payment Method: On-line registration & on-line credit/debit card payment is the only registration & payment method available. No internet banking nor EFT is available.
- Student Registration: A single student registration does not allow the paper
upload.
Please send an appropriate student proof (ID, letter of confirmation) to the registration desk email anzcc2024@griffith.edu.au . The Organiser reserves the right to check for student proof before providing you with a link to the Conference Proceedings. - Credit Cards Types: Visa and Master Credit/Debit Cards will only be accepted.
- A Tax Invoice: A Tax Invoice will be emailed once your registration is processed.
- Registration Fee Details: All fees are listed in Australian dollars ($AUS)
- Registration site: Once you are ready, please click on a one of the REGISTER NOW buttons below, to complete the registration fee payment process.
- Paper upload to Paperplaza: Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours to pass, after you complete your registration process, before making an attempt to upload your paper(s) to the ANZCC 2024 paper handling server at Paperplaza.

No-show Papers: Papers that are not presented at the conference are very disruptive to a conference. Any accepted paper that is not presented at this conference is at risk of not being published in the conference proceedings.
If the domestic primary paper author is unable to attend, please arrange a co-author or other colleague to present the paper.
For international participants unable to come to Australia a special arrangement has been made to let them upload a pre-recorded video presentation of their paper. The upload of their video presentation must be completed in between 10 January and 20 January 2024 while their accepted paper(s) must be uploaded to PaperPlaza by the set date i.e. by the 3rd of December assuming that the conference registration fee is paid prior to it.
- Refund Policy: Any cancellation is associated with significant costs to the conference organisers and might conflict with the paper submission policy. For these reasons, following fees and rules will apply for any cancellation of the registration, or any other items, purchased through the ANZCC 2024 On-Line Registration Fee Payment Process. For any cancellation, a handling fee of 10% of the cancelled service will strictly apply.
- In addition:
* Cancellation from and after 04 December 2023 but before 25 December 2023 – 50% of the paid registration amount will be forfeited
* Cancellation from and after 25 December 2023 – 100% of the paid registration amount will be forfeited - Authors who have an accepted paper and have registered but for some reason need to cancel their registration will not be eligible for a refund unless a new registration is received from a paper co-author who is not already registered.
- Any granted refund is subject to this Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability in relation to ANZCC 2024
The ANZCC 2024 reserves itself the right to cancel ANZCC 2024 without notice or compensation in the event of any delay, default, failure or cancelation of implementation of any deliverable to or for the ANZCC 2024 which has been caused, directly or indirectly, by any incident of “force majeure”.
For the purposes hereof, the term “force majeure” shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Any act of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or adverse weather conditions;
- Any strike, or other industrial action of any kind;
- Unavoidable breakdown or destruction of virtual communication facilities or equipment including Power failure;
- Any failure of the ANZCC 2024 service provider to fully carry out their obligation towards the ANZCC 2024 Organiser;
- Any failure of communication platform used by ANZCC 2024 for the purpose of enabling remote access to ANZCC 2024 virtual venue and attendance at program sessions in a real-time;
- Terrorist attack and/or a Cyber attack;
- Promulgation of any relevant legislation or regulation by local or national government;
- Any geopolitical and/or geostrategic development at the conference destination, or its surroundings, deemed to have an adverse effect on participants’ safety.
- Any occurrence of any nature which renders it reasonably necessary for the ANZCC 2024 Organiser to cancel the ANZCC 2024 conference.
In such cases, the ANZCC 2024 Conference Organiser is freed of all responsibility and no reimbursement of the payments made directly to the ANZCC 2024 will be arranged.
