The ANZCC 2022 Technical Program is organised as a sequence of live interactive single- stream sessions. That means as follows:
- Each registered conference participant will be provided with a link to a virtual conference room and, thus remotely attend the Conference from her/his computer/laptop or a mobile device. Participants will be able to:
- Listen to paper presentations
- See presentation slides on the screen
- Raise a question, and
- Listen to the answer to their question/s.
- Paper Presenters will be able to:
- Present the paper (Presentation - 10 min; Questions & Answers - 5 min)
- Listen to questions from the session participants (in a real-time)
- Immediately answer the question/s
All these interactions will be live, in a real-time. There will be no opportunity to pre-record your presentation and place it at the Conference web site. Should you wish you can prepare a video version of your talk and activate it during your presentation time slot but you must attend your presentation time slot and interact with the audience in a real-time. This guidance applies regardless whether you will decide to deliver your talk from the conference venue at Gold Coast or on-line via MS Team
ANZCC 2022 will be using Microsoft’s MS Team Video Communication Platform (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/introducing-microsoft-teams-59b4cf2f-84ef-4a41- 860a-37d3b9af09d3 )
You will receive a Microsoft (MS Team) Invitation to Join the Conference which will include the link to ANZCC 2022 sessions. It is very important that you accept the invitation once you receive it.
