At the very bottom of this page you will find the button: REGISTER NOW. However, before you commence your registration please note the following:

  2. Please have with you a PaperPlaza ID of your accepted paper(s) you wish to upload.

Conference Registration Procedure

  1. Registration will commence on 01 December 2024. To register, please have ready:
  2. Before you proceed with payment of the registration fees, you are strongly encouraged to read the Registration Policy Notes below.
  3. Please pay your registration fee first. Then, please allow for a minimum of 24 hours to pass after you have paid your registration fee(s) before uploading your paper(s) to the ANZCC 2025 paper handling server at Papercept Conference Management System, https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl
  4. Please note that the final paper upload submission deadline is 15 December 2024. Thus, please consider registering for the conference as early as from 01 December 2024. Thank you for your co-operation.
  5. Registration fee payment can be made by clicking on a one the REGISTER NOW buttons below.

Registration Policy Notes

  1. A Paper Upload: The Conference Full Registration fee must be paid first to enable the upload of your accepted paper. One Full Registration allows the upload of one paper. To upload additional paper(s) you will have to pay an additional upload fee (as per details in tables above)
  2. Page Limit: Submissions consisting of up to six pages are accepted. This page limit is hard limit. Longer submissions will not be accepted. There is no provision for page excess fee payment.
  3. No Day Registration is available
  4. Registration & Payment Method: On-line registration & on-line credit/debit card payment is the only registration & payment method available. No internet banking nor EFT is available.
  5. Student Registration: A single student registration does not allow the paper upload. Please send an appropriate student proof (ID, letter of confirmation) to the registration desk emailanzcc2025@griffith.edu.auThe Organiser reserves the right to check for student proof before providing you with a link to the Conference Proceedings.
  6. Credit Cards Types: Visa and Master Credit/Debit Cards will only be accepted.
  7. A Tax Invoice: A Tax Invoice will be emailed once your registration is processed. It will be sent to you from anzcc2025@griffith.edu.au

  9. Registration site: Once you are ready, please click on a one of the REGISTER NOW buttons below, to complete the registration fee payment process.
  10. Paper upload to Paperplaza: Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours to pass, after you complete your registration process, before making an attempt to upload your paper(s) to the ANZCC 2025 paper handling server at Paperplaza.
  11. No-show Papers: Papers that are not presented at the conference are very disruptive to a conference program. Any accepted paper that is not presented at this conference is at risk of not being published in the conference proceedings.

  12. If the domestic primary paper author is unable to attend, please arrange a co-author or other colleague to present the paper.

    For international participants unable to come to Australia a special arrangement has been made to let them upload a pre-recorded video presentation of their paper. The upload of their video presentation must be completed by in between 15 December and 20 December 2024 while their accepted paper(s) must be uploaded to PaperPlaza by the set date i.e. by the 15th of December 2024 assuming that the conference registration fee is paid prior to it i.e. before 12 December 2024. Please note that the video’s size limit is of up to 20 Mb.

  13. Refund Policy: Any cancellation is associated with significant costs to the conference organisers and might conflict with the paper submission policy. For these reasons, following fees and rules will apply for any cancellation of the registration, or any other items, purchased through the ANZCC 2025 On-Line Registration Fee Payment Process. For any cancellation, a handling fee of 10% of the cancelled service will strictly apply.
    1. In addition:
      * Cancellation from and after 16 December 2024 but before 31 December 2024 – 50% of the paid registration amount will be forfeited
      * Cancellation from and after 01 January 2025 – 100% of the paid registration amount will be forfeited
    2. Authors who have an accepted paper and have registered but for some reason need to cancel their registration will not be eligible for a refund unless a new registration is received from a paper co-author who is not already registered.

Limitation of Liability in relation to ANZCC 2025

TThe ANZCC 2025 reserves itself the right to cancel ANZCC 2025 without notice or compensation in the event of any delay, default, failure or cancelation of implementation of any deliverable to or for the ANZCC 2025 which has been caused, directly or indirectly, by any incident of “force majeure”.

For the purposes hereof, the term “force majeure” shall include but not be limited to the following:

In such cases, the ANZCC 2025 Conference Organiser is freed of all responsibility and no reimbursement of the payments made directly to the ANZCC 2025 will be arranged.
