Train: Catch either Lilydale line or Belgrave line train from the Southern Cross station and get off at Glenferrie Railway Station. Then you will find Swinburne University next to the station. (Recommended)
Tram: Route #109 Southern Cross station–Swinburne University. Catch the tram from outside of Southern Cross station and get off at Stop Cotham Rd. Then transfer to route 16 and get off at stop 73 (Burwood Road) and walk 170m to Swinburne.
